Properties

AQUASORB 4200 is a low molecular weight solvent based polymeric acid, with average molecular weight 400-800. It characteristic is very miscible in water, high chemical and the posed temperature is above 330C. AQUASORB 4200 has obvious threshold effect under high temperature (350 Defree Celcius) and high pH (8.3+) level, suitable to be used in alkaline water system or built with agents. It has good scale inhibition against carbonate and phosphate scales under temperature 300 c with retention time as long as 100 hours. Due to its good scale inhibition and high temperature tolerance properties, AQUASORB 4200 is widely used in

desalination plant of flash vaporization equipment, low to medium pressure boiler, steam drive machine sugar min evaporator, petroleum pipeline, and industrial circulating cooling water systems. In addition, AQUASORB 4200 can used common with corrosion inhibitor such as zinc salt. and organic phosphate.

Usage

AQUASORB 4200 is usually used together with organic phosphonate at dosage of 5-15 ppm for circulating cooling sugar min evaporator and low to medium pressure boilers. AQUASORB 4200 has good scale inhibition (98%) and scale stripping properties. When used together with zinc salts, it property is exist and don't disturb its carbon steel corrosion inhibition
